Mission Tides 2 is in a prime location in South Mission Beach, south of Belmont Park and just 5 homes from the beach and boardwalk. This home is located on desirable Devon court on the beach side of Mission Boulevard. Adjacent is a clean white and fully equipped kitchen with an island and breakfast bar. Opening the large sliding glass doors brings an element of indoor/outdoor living with a patio terrace with roof shades that can be open or closed as you wish. The terrace features outdoor sectional sofa, a gas BBQ to grill up your favorite meals with the sights and sounds of the ocean as a backdrop.

The rear portion of the 3rd level features a powder bathroom and the Primary suite with a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and a Juliet balcony. The en suite bathroom features a dual-sink vanity, aqua-glass-tiled walk-in shower, and a soaking tub with towel warmer.
