This home is located on desirable Devon Court on the beach side of Mission Boulevard. The front of the home features a tropically landscaped and gated patio with an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. Step inside the home into a compact living area with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and convenient in-home stack laundry. Just adjacent is the ground level bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs on the second level you’ll find bedroom 2 with a queen bed and sliding glass door that opens to an ocean view balcony where you can see and hear the waves crashing on the beach. Bedroom 3 is also located on this level and comes with a twin bunk bed. There is a hall bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms with another walk-in shower.

Additional amenities include a whole-home water filtration system, two-car tandem parking, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, Wi-Fi, TVs in all bedrooms, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the warmer months.
