This one-of-a-kind beach house features 32 feet of retractable sliding glass doors that open along the entire living area and bring the beach and ocean right into your living room! You will experience the incredible feeling of indoor/outdoor living with 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and San Diego coastline.

Being on the second level offers unobstructed views and allows guests to watch all the action on the beach and boardwalk. The modern design with high arched and beamed ceilings and glass walls make this home truly a unique experience.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront rental features upscale finishes and amenities, including two open-concept kitchens with granite counters throughout, a breakfast bar, imported stone flooring, and polished stainless steel door frames and railings. The floor plan maximizes the small space to also include a dining nook and two living areas with sofa seating and a flat-screen TV.

Outside on the beach level is a common area with gas BBQs, a dining table and lounge chairs right on the beachfront boardwalk!

• This home is equipped with A/C in the upstairs living area only and in all rooms downstairs. There are no screens on the retractable windows.

Great location on the beach!

We felt like we were on the beach without even leaving the condo. The option to open the doors for a full view of the beach was great. We could hear the soothing sounds of the waves and the view of the sunsets and sunrise was magnificent. We even saw dolphins in the early morning and evenings. We were also able to close when we wanted a little more privacy. All family members want to stay here again. We enjoyed being able to enjoy the beach anytime we felt like it by just walking downstairs. Condo was clean and cooking was enjoyable with the great view. The only issue we had was when someone parked in our space but management was quick to respond (even after hours) to help us out. Absolutely no complaints.

Fabulous location on the strand in Mission Bay! House has a gorgeous opening glass wall to the ocean! Beautiful well stock with all needed utensils in the Kitchen. Very comfortable home. We had the most enjoyable 84 degree weather in February weekend. Highly Recommend! Management company checked in with us daily to assess any needs. We will be back to rent again in the summer months. Thank you!

The Wall of Windows makes this such an incredible and unforgettable spot!! You can open them all and you’re right on the beach, watching the waves and all surfers right from your main room! You also get the constant parade of people right beneath you on the strand being active and happy! Simply OUTSTANDING!!!

Liquid Blue is the epitome of luxurious beach front vacationing! Because the entire front wall is made of movable glass sliders, you dont have to leave the unit to feel like youre outside, enjoying the ocean & beach without having to actually walk on the sand. Although the unit is small, youll have everything you need plus everything inside is modern and gorgeous. It was worth every penny!

LOCATION and VIEWS!!!! When you walk into this home you have a full 40 feet of ocean in front of you. You can open the glass wall and its like your outside. If you like watching people this is amazing whether on the boardwalk or beach or in the water. I started every morning with my coffee listening to the ocean and watching the surfers. We liked the 2nd floor because you can see everything with a little more privacy then on the actual boardwalk level.You can walk or ride bikes everywhere. It's a little quieter here than a little further north in Pacific Beach but still a lot of activity. This property is for 5 people and I wouldn't try to put more people in this unit. It's small and compact, perfect for the 2 of us with a few sleepover visits from family. But then were use to a lot of space since were empty nesters. There is privacy with the bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the kitchen area. I over-packed and I don't recommend that, there isn't much storage or closet area, not a negative just something I thought I'd share for future vacationers. We love this property and will try to come back next year.
