DESCRIPTION
Escape to Mission Beach and experience living in the perfectly located vacation rental home. Mission Beach Escape is a 3 level townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, several outdoor patios topped with a panoramic ocean view rooftop deck!

Decorated in a beach theme and colors, the moment you arrive you`ll feel your cares start to slip away as you take in the sights and sounds of the ocean and beach. The main level living area is a great place to gather with an open floor plan with a dining table, living room, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, granite countertops and a stainless appliance package.

The master encompasses the second level with en suite bath and access to 2 view balconies. On the ground level are the 2 guest rooms with access to a ground-level patio with dining table and ocean views!

Last but nowhere least is the fantastic rooftop deck. When you`re not at the beach next door, this is the place you`ll be, surrounded by 360-degree views of coastal San Diego. You`ll see from La Jolla to Ocean Beach and Point Loma, and Mission Bay to the east including the summer fireworks show at Sea World. It`s also an awesome place to breakfast, lunch or dine or have a drink to toast a spectacular Mission Beach sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Beach Getaway

This is the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation. The property was clean and the rooftop balcony allowed for amazing views of ocean sunsets. The variety of restaurants and activities in Belmont Park means that everything you need is within walking distance. We also appreciated the garage space since parking in the area is difficult to find.

Great location, nice house, very good Management Company

Rented over the Thanksgiving holiday to share with friends. The kitchen is well appointed. Able to cook a thanksgiving meal for 7 - they even left us some foil pans and other goodies. The location was great and view from the roof terrace fantastic. Had a few issues with the unit (hot water heater and furnace) but the management company was Johnny-on-the-Spot with text and telephone communication. Stuff happens and we were able to get issues corrected pretty rapidly all during the holiday, so no knock down in rating from me.

We were a group of four adults from Sweden in our 30's visiting California for ten days of which we stayed six in San Diego and the Surf and Sand unit in Mission Beach. Our stay was completely amazing and the unit basically had everything we could ask for and more. We actually thought it would be a bit further from the beach and was quite surprise that we could walk to the beach without shoes. The unit has three floors with a rooftop patio that is huge. The unit is very spacious and since its separated in three floors it is also private and we actually managed to not get on each others nervs at any time. The kitchen is also huge and has everything. We made breakfast every morning and managed to use the BBQ on the rooftop twice. We probably had dinner with the best view in Mission Beach. The electric key code is great especially being a group of four which made us very flexible not relying on one key. Our standard SUV was perfectly fitted in the garage as well. Overall it was a great stay and very good value for the money compared to similiar units on Mission Beach. It seems to be a very good unit for familys as well as a group of friends. There are of course some room for improvements which goes for any house. It's not a top modern unit interior wise, however it was nothing to complain about. Hopefully we can come back here in the next couple of years!
