DESCRIPTION
This Bayfront split-level condo is perfect for a family retreat! The home features a private Bayfront patio with views of the water and a dining area that will accommodate 6. Grill on the private stainless steel BBQ grill and take in the boardwalk activity from the shade of your patio umbrella. Guests at this Mission Beach San Diego vacation rental will experience everything that Mission Bay has to offer.

The lower-level living room features a 42″ LCD HDTV, a sofa sleeper in the living room and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and water views, and the dining table has seating for up to 4 people. A small set of stairs takes you to the upper level where you’ll find the master suite with a queen bed, an HDTV and an en suite bathroom.

Paradise Retreat is located on Mission Bay Park with over 4,000 acres that offer a seemingly endless variety of recreation and water activities including boating, jet skiing, sailing, waterskiing, kayaking, and windsurfing.

The bay boardwalk winds along the water and is perfect for biking, jogging, rollerblading or just walking to local shops and restaurants. If all of this wasn’t enough for your family vacation, Mission Beach and the Pacific Ocean are just across the street!

This home is in a residential neighborhood with other homes in close proximity. Because of past problems with disrespectful guests, disturbances are not tolerated and will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your understanding.
