Located on the second level, this home features a large, open living room with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and large glass doors that open up the home to the ocean and your own private view balcony.

Amenities in the main living area include a beautiful leather sectional, a large flat-screen HDTV with DVD player, and a separate work desk area. The home includes free Wi-Fi high-speed internet access and a multi-function copy/scan/fax/printer, and there’s also a stereo/CD player and landline with local and free long-distance service.

Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen that comes complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. You will also find the kitchen in stocked with full sets of dishware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and all the basic utensils and small appliances needed to prepare your favorite meals.

Next to the kitchen is the dining area and table with seating for up to 8 overlooking the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean. The ocean view front patio has a BBQ gas grill for your convenience along with seating to relax on and take in the fantastic ocean views.

This home features 2 master suites so there won't be any arguing about who got the better room! The tastefully decorated bedrooms both have en-suite baths, high-end mattresses, and relaxing quality linens and pillows. Both bedrooms feature French-door closets to store your belongings. This home is in a residential neighborhood with other homes in close proximity. Because of past problems with disrespectful guests, disturbances are not tolerated and will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your understanding.
