DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Mission Beach Break, a nicely updated vacation home with an upstairs open living area that takes advantage of the views of Mission Beach and the ocean.
The full-size kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area has seating for 6 and opens to the living area with a sectional sofa, tv, and fireplace. Just off the living area is a beach view balcony and gas BBQ to grill up your favorite meal while watching the waves crash on the beach!

The entry and all 3 bedrooms are on the first level along and an open stairwell to the living area above. The Primary suite has a large comfy king bed, plenty of closet space, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads. Bedroom 2 comes with a queen bed and TV, and Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. The first level also features a full bath and a stack washer/dryer for your convenience.

The house was great! The only thing that couldve made it better was if we couldve stayed longer! We felt welcomed from the beginning and were able to create fun family memories! We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very modern with plenty of room to relax. One bedroom very small tight fit to walk around. Living room TV only worked using Netflix regular cable TV not working. No too inconvenient except for Sunday when the husband wanted to watch football.

We really loved this place

We really loved this place. The open floor plan and minimal decor was ideal for us, and the views of both the ocean and the bay were lovely. The only suggestion I would make is to include either an awning or an umbrella on the upper floor balcony. The sun hits that area early in the morning and is relentless all day. It would have been nice to sit out there with the option for a little bit of shade. Other than that, it was a great time, and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great! It is well kept and has been renovoated to give it a more contemporary look. Although there wasnt central a.c., the property is so close to the ocean the breeze was enough to keep the place cool. There are ceiling fans upstairs in the living room and kitchen area which was nice. They also provided box fans but I would have liked having ceiling fans in the bedrooms (that would have made my toddler more comfortable), but overall we absolutely loved staying here and being one block away from mission beach. Highly recommend the home.

We have stayed at this same property twice now with our two young children and my parents and will definitely do so again. Being right off the beach could not have made for an easier vacation. High ceilings and a spacious layout make it comfortable for a big group. And sitting in the sun on the balcony is the perfect little respite when you want a little quiet space.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The patio had enough room to bbq and hangout for at least 3 at a time. Overall a great experience and we would go back to this location..
