DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Nautical Beach House – a wonderful vacation rental just one home away from the warm sands of San Diego’s popular Mission Beach. This home was designed and decorated with two things in mind: comfort and a great environment for family and friends to experience a taste of beach living.

This beach rental offers a comfortable living room with a large custom dining room table, an open kitchen with granite counters and stocked with all the cookware you’ll need. There is a convenient gas BBQ grill on the patio just off the dining space where you can grill your favorite meals and catch a glimpse of the Pacific Ocean. While most homes in Mission Beach are condos, this is a 3-story detached home – a rare find!

One of the highlights of this home is a spacious ocean-view sun deck on the top floor with outdoor lounge seating and a dining table for enjoying the sun and ocean breezes.

This home is truly a great place to vacation at the beach and is situated right in the heart of Mission Beach. Set up your umbrella on the sand, take a stroll along the beach, grab a surfboard and hit the waves or bike along the boardwalk. If you love the beach and outdoors, then this vacation rental is just the place!

Nautical Beach House is perfectly located between Crystal Pier to the north and the famed Belmont Amusement Park and roller coaster to the south. From here, it’s a short walk to popular restaurants, cafés, pubs, beach shops, bike and surfboard rentals, and convenient markets.

We enjoyed staying at this house for our family vacation! This home is literally steps from the beach. The location was perfect for our family, especially when kids needed a bathroom break and we could use the beach house bathrooms instead of the beach public restrooms. Next this home is conveniently located near most everything. There is a grocery store in walking distance, surfing lessons, Belmont Park, restaurants, etc. We loved eating at the two restaurants right by the house—one minute walk from the front door if that with excellent food options and family friendly. Didn’t even have to cross a street to get there. Cleanliness of this home is good. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels were clean and in great condition. Beds are comfortable and rooms have plenty of space. Lots of beds. There are dishes, utensils, knives, and some baking and cooking tools. The management company was great to work with and are timely with communication. There is an emergency number that we did not need to use during our stay. The two car garage was a much needed space considering the area does not have good parking options. We were able to park our large Yukon XL on the longer side of the garage with a few inches to spare. Anything bigger than that won’t fit.

B5134 Nautical Beach House didn't disappoint! We loved the proximity to the beach (1 house away!), the rooftop deck & ocean view - great for coffee in the morning & drinks in the evening. We had plenty of space with bedrooms on each floor and so appreciated not having to worry about parking - the garage was a huge plus! Walking distance to yummy restaurants, Belmont Park & a quick drive to most all must-see sites, a fave to Mt Soledad for a beautiful 360-view of San Diego & that must-see Cali sunset!
